Divya Darshan is a system implemented by the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) for pilgrims visiting the holy shrine of Lord Venkateswara in Tirumala. It offers free accommodation, food, and Darshan to pilgrims. The process involves waiting in queue complexes, categorized based on the time duration one is willing to wait. Divya Darshan aims to provide an opportunity for devotees who can't afford paid Darshan tickets or those who seek a more egalitarian approach to worship. Pilgrims opting for Divya Darshan are required to wait longer compared to those purchasing special Darshan tickets. However, it's a way for devotees from all walks of life to have access to the divine presence of Lord Venkateswara. The system underscores the inclusive ethos of the temple, ensuring that spirituality is accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial status.

Divya Darshan Tokens are non-transferable. If a devotee does not use a Darshan Ticket, it will become void. It is not mandatory for pilgrims who already hold tickets to get Divya Darshan Tickets, allowing other pilgrims to benefit from them. Pilgrims cannot choose their Divya Darshan Token timings as the system generates the next available Darshan slot.
Accommodation is not provided with Divya Darshan Tokens; pilgrims should check separately at the CRO Office in Tirumala for accommodation. While climbing the hills, pilgrims can deposit their luggage at the T.T.D Free Luggage Deposit Centers, which are available at the entrances of Alipiri Mettu and Sri Vari Mettu.
The issuance of Divya Darshan Tokens incorporates a robust BioMetric system, requiring pilgrims to register their fingerprints to ensure the non-transferability of tickets between individuals.
At Step No. 2850, stringent checks and stamping procedures are in place to validate the authenticity of Divya Darshan Tokens, ensuring that only legitimate tickets are accepted for entry.
